Dr Doug Starodub

Dr Douglas Starodub, DC, graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto in 1991.

Dr Starodub has been practicing at Sturgeon Creek Chiropractic Centre since January 6, 1992.

Dr Starodub has served as President of the Manitoba Chiropractors’ Association (1999-2000) as well as serving on the Board of Directors of the Manitoba Chiropractors’ Association (1998-2000).

Dr Starodub has also served on provincial association committees since 1998, including professional advertising and ethics.

Dr. Jordan Myers, BSc, DC

Chiropractic has played a role in Dr. Myers’ life since childhood. As a student Dr. Myers spent his time playing piano, snowboarding and of course, studying, all of which led to their fair share of aches and stiffness. Chiropractic helped keep his hands, wrists and back moving well and pain free, while maintaining his active lifestyle and hobbies. Dr. Myers joined the Royal Canadian Navy as a musician in 2010 while attending the University of Winnipeg with intentions of pursuing a career in health care. Becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic was a natural choice.

Born and raised in St. James, Dr. Myers has an appreciation for life in Winnipeg, and how it can impact your ability to live a pain free lifestyle. Dr Myers’ approach to care incorporates a personalised plan of management using techniques and exercises supported by the best available research and evidence. Whether you’re looking to be able to play with your grandchildren or compete at a high level in your sport, the main goal is to get you out of pain and back to the activities you love as quickly as possible.

Dr. Myers graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto in 2020.

Dr. Myers attended the University of Winnipeg obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry in 2013 with a double major in Biology in 2016.

Dr. Jessica Campbell

Dr. Jessica Campbell was born and raised in Winnipeg and grew up playing a variety of sports. She attended Mount Allison University in New Brunswick, graduating summa cum laude with a degree in biochemistry. During her time at Mount Allison, she played varsity hockey for the university. Her background in sports and science lead her to study at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She has spent the last few months working in Kenora and is excited to move back home!

Dr. Jessica’s treatments are grounded in patient-centred chiropractic care, incorporating adjustments, muscle release techniques, and soft tissue therapy. With her training in instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, cupping and acupuncture/electro-acupuncture, she ensures a complete approach to care. Jessica’s commitment to complete care promotes a tailored and effective care plan for each patient, emphasizing their overall well-being.

Jessica’s loves to help individuals of all walks of life, from athletes and those in pregnancy or post-partum phases to those embracing healthy aging. Excited to become a valuable addition to your care team, she is passionate about empowering everyone to feel their best and pursue what they love!

Nichole Komosky

Nichole Komosky, RMT, is an esteemed alumna of Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy, holding a diploma since 2010. Specializing in a comprehensive evaluation of the musculoskeletal system, She excels in identifying the root causes of client discomfort, allowing her to tailor treatment strategies effectively.

Her expertise is not only certified in advanced therapeutic massage, but also encompasses a variety of specialized techniques such as relaxation massage, soft tissue release, Rib Mobilization, and the RAPID Neuromyofascial release technique for the lower body. Nichole is also proficient in pregnancy massage, ensuring a safe and therapeutic experience for expectant mothers.

With a wealth of experience in treating clients with diverse medical conditions, Nichole has successfully managed cases involving multiple sclerosis, cardiac issues, fibromyalgia, and spinal cord injuries. Her compassionate approach extends to geriatric and palliative care, where she provides comfort and relief to those in the latter stages of life.

Nichole is committed to lifelong learning and professional development. Her immediate educational objective is to complete the Upper Body component of the RAPID technique in January 2024. Furthermore, she maintains a keen interest in advancing her skills in manual lymphatic drainage and palliative care, aiming to enhance her repertoire of healing modalities.
